Mr. Rudnikoff has over 25 years of experience in financing and insolvency matters. He has acted as counsel for banks, commercial and asset based lenders and factors providing counsel on day-to-day issues as well as commercial and consumer loans, securitizations and the enforcement of creditors’ rights. He has also acted as independent counsel for trustees and creditor groups. He has litigated before the Quebec, Superior and Appeal Courts and has appeared before the Supreme Court of Canada.
